Deadfresh Laundry – Shipping Policy

At Deadfresh Laundry, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after [cut-off time, e.g., 3:00 PM EST] will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery method, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. [Optional: “International shipping may be added in the future.”]

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses [if you want to exclude them].
4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Deadfresh Laundry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur.

Deadfresh Laundry is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
