Deadfresh Laundry – Return & Refund Policy

At Deadfresh Laundry, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because our laundry detergents and hygiene products are consumable and personal-use items, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure fairness and safety for all customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Only items purchased directly from Deadfresh Laundry’s official store are eligible for return.

• To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or partially used products.

• Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.

• Items purchased through third-party retailers (please contact them directly for returns).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us at deadfreshlaundry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

• We will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try another product, please return the eligible item (per the rules above) and place a new order.

6. Shipping Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
